L’objectif principal de ce relevé de recherche est d’évaluer l’état des stocks de pétoncle d’Islande. L'aire d’étude est située autour de l’archipel de Mingan, et l'échantillonnage des gisements de pétoncles est effectué à des profondeurs autour de 8 à 136 mètres, mais plus généralement entre 40 et 60 mètres. L’échantillonnage est réalisé le long de transects, à des stations fixes dans la zone d’étude. Chaque station est échantillonnée à l’aide d’une drague à pétoncles de type Digby doublé (maillage de 20 mm), remorquée sur une distance d’environ 150 mètres sur le fond marin. Cette publication comprend trois fichiers : le fichier biometriePetoncle_16, qui contient des données biométriques détaillées (espèce, taille, poids et sexe) de 2001 à 2024 ; le fichier taillePetoncle_16, qui fournit la taille des individus échantillonnés de 2010 à 2024 ; et le fichier traitPetoncle_16, qui contient les abondances et densités par trait de 2004 à 2024. Les données sur l'abondance et la densité par trait pour la période 2001-2003 sont disponibles sur demande. Ce jeux de données est mis à jour annuellement ou aux deux ans, dès que les données sont disponibles. Un nettoyage des données aberrantes a été effectué. Toutefois, certaines colonnes présentent des données manquantes — utilisez donc ces données avec prudence. The main objective of this survey is to assess the status of Icelandic scallop stocks. The study area is situated around the Mingan Archipelago, where scallop beds are sampled at depths ranging from approximately 8 to 136 m, but typically around 40 to 60 m. Sampling is conducted along transects at fixed stations in the study area. Each station is sampled using a lined Digby scallop dredge (20 mm mesh size), towed for roughly 150 m across the seabed. This publication includes three files: the file biometriePetoncle_16, which contains detailed biometric data (species, size, weights and sex) from 2001 to 2025; the file taillePetoncle_16, which provides the size of the individuals sampled from 2010 to 2024; and the file traitPetoncle_16 which contains the abundances and densities per tow from 2004 to 2024. Data on abundances and densities per tow from 2001-2003 is available upon request. This dataset is updated every one to two years as data becomes available. A cleaning of aberrant data has been carried out. However, there is missing data in various columns of the dataset – use the data with caution.
