Trawl samples collected during spring, summer, and fall from the south basin, channel, and north basin were used to study effects of season and geographic region within the lake on species biomass estimates. Pour mieux comprendre les variations temporelles et spatiales des assemblages de poissons dans le lac Winnipeg (Manitoba, Canada), des chaluts pélagiques ont été effectués aux stations de surveillance du lac depuis 2002. Échantillons de chalut prélevés au printemps, en été et à l'automne dans le bassin du sud, dans le chenal et dans le bassin du nord ont été utilisés pour étudier les effets de la saison et de la région géographique afin d'estimer la biomasse des espèces.
