Manitoba provides an opportunity to purchase a cottage lot located on Crown Land. When new cottage lots become available to the public, these lots are offered through the Cottage Lot Draw process.In the event that new cottage lots are not selected through the draw process, the remaining lots become part of the First-Come, First-Served Cottage Lot Inventory.
