HELCOM Background

This service contains background datasets published by HELCOM, e.g. marine and terrestrial boundaries and drainage areas.

The service is created with ArcGIS Server 10.9 and can be accessed via ArcGIS REST interface or OGC WMS.

The service is used by HELCOM Map and Data service.
