Annual or seasonal difference in frost days in the beginning of the growing season, median of the periods 2041–2070 or 2071–2100 under emission scenario RCP2.6, compared to the 1991–2020 median

Change in the number of days with minimum temperature below 0 degrees (tasmin<0 °C) in the beginning of the growing season, at a 1x1 km spatial resolution. The number of days are computed for each year separately, and the changes are between the reference period median (1991-2020, see also MET report 9/2025) and a future period. The beginning of the growing season lasts until July 1 or until the end of the growing season when this is earlier than July 1. The first time step represents the future period 2041-2070, and the second time step represents the future period 2071-2100.
