This product was created by INSPQ and CERFO in 2012, financed in part by the Green Fund as part of measure 21 of the [2006-2012 Climate Change Action Plan (PACC)] (http://www.mddelcc.gouv.qc.ca/changements/plan_action/2006-2012_fr.pdf) of the Government of Quebec. Mapping was carried out for distribution areas with a population density >= 400 inhabitants per km2 and adjacent distribution areas.
