To assign hatching symbology at 2 kilometre intervals an ArcGIS Version 10.2.2 symbology layer file has been created. It can be imported into the feature class when assigning symbology in an ArcGIS map file. The layer file name is NWTHighways2kmHatching_V10_2_2.lyr.
