    The Canadian Aquatic Biomonitoring Network (CABIN) is an integrated national network for the collection, management, assessment, and distribution of bioassessment data. CABIN aims to provide long-term monitoring and assessment of aquatic ecosystem health by utilizing the Reference Condition Approach (RCA) applied to benthic macro-invertebrates. The CABIN web portal provides access to sampling protocols, on-line data entry and management, and on-line analytical, reporting and visualization tools.
